Marinating: 24 hours

In a large bowl, combine salt, ground black pepper, ground coriander, cumin, ground red pepper, ground garlic, chopped bay leaf, sugar and baking soda. Rub the marinade and spices evenly into the chicken breasts. Wrap the meat in transparent foil and leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 hours.

Preparation: 2 hours

Once the marinating time is up, remove the breasts from the refrigerator, rinse them under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Then wrap the meat in food foil and bake for 2 hours in an oven preheated to 150 degrees.

The dish is ready

Cool the pastrami and cut it into thin slices. Chicken breast pasta can be used to make sandwiches, added to various salads, or served as a separate dish.
